Governor of the British Virgin Islands released a statement in support of Crimestoppers BVI

"I fully support the formation of Crimestoppers. There is no comparable organisation offering this ‘safe' means of passing on intelligence to the police. It will help protect the people of the Territory and also to strengthen the crime fighting capabilities of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force and other law enforcement agencies. I hope that the public will respond positively and report crime through this anonymous, untraceable, confidential and free facility. "
